Zetland Apartments I

Partridge was engaged directly by the Owners’ Corporation of this multi-storey residential apartment complex to prepare a building defects report for the purpose of an insurance claim. The defects included waterproofing problems, concrete spalling, delamination of external face of external walls, and defective construction joints.
