The White Rabbit Gallery underwent a remarkable renovation, turning an old 1920s timber-framed warehouse into a contemporary art space. Partridge played a crucial role in the extensive refurbishment of the entire brick building, including the structural work for the internal large span stairs, the design and implementation of the cantilevered roof steel framing to accommodate the additional level on top, and the creation of custom steel frame windows to replace the original ones. The outcome of this was a successful integration of modern elements while preserving the building’s architectural integrity.
