Eversun is a suspended installation that aims to open up the public space to a sensitive play of light that changes constantly throughout the day, responsive to the mood of the weather and the natural environment. The piece is one of four temporary installations popping up in underutilised City of Sydney spaces for six months, as part of an attempt to get locals and visitors back into the city centre. Partridge was pleased to be able to assist City of Sydney and the artist with this artwork in the engineering design of the supporting catenary cables and connections to the adjacent buildings.
