Role: Associate, Remedial
Location: Sydney, NSW

When buildings show signs of wear or failure, finding the right solution requires someone who can look at the structure from every possible angle. That is where Kiran Roche excels. As our newest Associate in the Remedial division, Kiran brings a rare and valuable combination of skills to Partridge, having studied both civil engineering and architectural design. This dual background means he never looks at a defect in isolation. He understands the original design intent of a building just as well as the structural physics holding it up, allowing him to craft rehabilitation strategies that protect both the safety and the aesthetic of existing properties.

Kiran has quickly become a driving force within our team since stepping into his leadership role. His days are usually split between investigating complex defects on site, writing practical technical reports, and guiding projects through to completion. He knows how to untangle the hidden issues that often plague aging buildings, turning confusing site conditions into clear, actionable scopes of work that builders and contractors can easily follow. Before joining Partridge, Kiran cut his teeth on large-scale civil engineering projects, giving him a grounded, practical perspective on construction that clients and consultants appreciate immediately.

Beyond his technical capabilities, Kiran is deeply connected to the broader property and construction sector. He is a member of Strata Community Association and Engineers Australia. For the architects, builders, and strata managers who rely on our team every day, Kiran is a trusted advisor who keeps projects moving forward smoothly. We are thrilled to see him step into this leadership position as he continues to help our clients protect and revitalise their buildings.
