The presentation will include examples of rectification and remediation works on building defects, cracking, and deterioration. You’ll discover how to overcome and avoid common problems, as well as how to address the challenges architects face when their designs are compromised by structural limitations, builders’ approaches,
inflexible consultants, and site complexities.
