As a Design Engineer, you will:

Deliver innovative structural designs for timber, steel, concrete, and masonry structures. 

Collaborate with architects, builders, and your team to bring ideas to life. 

Use your problem-solving genius to tackle ambiguous scopes with confidence. 

Attend site inspections, prepare reports, and keep projects on track. 

Master a mix of hand sketches, advanced software, and engineering principles to create real-world solutions. 

What You’ll Need to Succeed 

A Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) ideally double degree with Architecture and Graduate membership with Engineers Australia. 

At least 2 years of design experience, with a knack for timber, steel, concrete, and masonry structures. 

Outstanding communication skills to engage with clients, architects, and your team. 

A can-do attitude and the ability to adapt to evolving technologies and methods. 

Ideally, we are looking for a candidate with a grounded and approachable personality who enjoys participating in social activities to help foster a strong and connected community.
